One fixed fee buys one complete turn on one document – a draft on NOVA8 paper, or a review of the other side's paper (redline + plain-English risk summary). A further round after the counterparty responds is a new turn at the same price.

Beyond your allowance: additional drafts and checks at the per-document prices on the left. Monthly rolling – cancel anytime, effective end of the billing month. Allowances reset monthly.

The plans cover NDAs, customer and supplier contracts, employment and contractor agreements, and straightforward agreements for the sale of goods, services, SaaS and software. Documents are reviewed from a general commercial perspective. The plans do not include specialist support on matters such as intellectual property, data protection, employment law or other jurisdiction-specific issues that may arise.
They also exclude more complex matters, including shareholders' agreements, M&A transactions, banking and security documents, funding rounds, enterprise contracts and commercial arrangements involving multiple products, services, offerings or contractual structures. For these documents, we'll review them first and provide a fixed quote before beginning any work – never a surprise invoice. The same applies under a subscription.

What counts as one turn?
One turn is either a full draft on NOVA8 paper, or one review pass of the other side's paper – checked against NOVA8 standard positions, with the important changes redlined and explained. Once the other side responds, the next pass is a new turn.
When does the clock start on turnaround?
When intake is complete – we have your document and answers to any questions. All turnarounds in business days.
What if my document is on the exclusions list?
We review it first and give you a fixed quote before any work starts. Same rule under a subscription.
Which law is my paper under?
Singapore customers get Singapore-law versions; UK customers get English-law versions.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Anytime – effective at the end of the billing month.
Who actually does the work?

Most – the drafting on NOVA8 paper and the checks against our standard positions – come with experienced legal consultants providing oversight, turned around within a business day. The three documents with full legal review each month get more comprehensive human input – worked through in depth by an experienced legal consultant – for the pieces that need more than a standard turn. These take up to two business days.
